Pronet Innovations Ltd (trading as EventPlus) has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.

Event Registration Forms

The EventPlus registration form requires event entrants to create a Profile, providing us with basic personal details and contact information (like your name, postal address and email address).

This can be done without signing up to an event.

Entrants can then go on to do the following things

  • Sign up for the Organiser's event
  • Purchase items from the Organiser's Eventplus Store
  • Log in and out
  • Reset your password
  • Change your profile information

This information is then used only by your Event Organiser so that they can provide entry forms for their events. Organisers cannot see any information about any other events which you have signed up for.

If you have not actually signed up for the event you can request that your profile information be removed from the organiser by emailing

There may be occasions where you choose to pass some details to an external system e.g. Tell your facebook friends you’ve entered, opt to start fundraising etc.

This information is not used for any other purpose.

The event organisers may choose to gather additional information on their event entry form, such as an emergency contact for the race day, medical conditions etc.

If you have completed a manual paper entry form or have made an enquiry with an event team, EventPlus may grant that event team with access to your profile information so they can perform actions on your behalf. This will be audit logged.

Note: To deactivate your profile the member needs to send an email to and we will deactivate your profile. We may ask you to complete some steps prior to deactivating your profile.

Information Automatically Logged

We use your IP address to gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are often dynamically allocated (different every time you log on). We use this information to get a general feeling of how many people visit the site and from where they are referred.


Current website technology requires the use of cookies, javascript and local shared objects to remember your visit and ensure that commercial interactions can be carried out safely. You can remove cookies and local shared objects from your browser at any time, however our website might require that you re -authenticate. Some services on our website may not be available if javascript is disabled in your browser. Please contact for assistance if required.

External Links or any EventPlus client / organiser using the EventPlus solution may contain links to other sites. EventPlus is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.


Data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure ,therefore we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit or receive through the Services.

All your credit card details are transferred via industry standard SSL gateways operated by DPS, accredited service provider. No credit card processing is carried out within the EventPlus service.

Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be changed or updated from time to time. We advise that you check back periodically and review the policy. We will date stamp the policy so you can be aware of when the policy was last changed.


Your use, or access, of the EventPlus solution constitutes your agreement to be bound by these provisions.Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have, in good faith, reason to believe that such action is necessary to comply with any judicial proceeding or court order or legal process served on our website.
